We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you’re not completely happy, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return the item. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your return promptly. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

For exchanges, customers are responsible for both the cost of sending the item back to us and the shipping fee for the new item being sent out. We will provide further instructions once the replacement item is sent out.
